    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I beg to move that the Provident Fund (Repeal) Bill, 2021, be now read a Second Time. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the principle object of this Bill is to repeal the Provident Fund Act. The rationale is basically to have all the funds regulated under the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, which was passed by this House following the enactment of the new Constitution in 2010."
