    "content": "What makes me happy is that in the Report of the Committee, they have proposed during the Committee of the whole House that they will be enforcing where there are asking the Attorney- General to furnish the Report of the Auditor-General, the audit of the entire funds such that if there are any liabilities or claims to the fund, let it be summarily be put in the House and the House shall express or debate it and take a position on how the fund has lapsed at the time. That will be good so that we do not have to live with debts. Let us not live to see our children come to meet costs or bills which were not incurred during their time. It is important. I thank the Committee for thinking big and ensuring that during the Committee of the whole House, they come up with that. In the Report, there was no person, either corporate or individual, who submitted a memorandum towards this Bill, although the Committee had advertised. So, we lived up to the public participation provisions in our Constitution. I thank the Committee for that. Whether there was no corporate or individual who submitted a memorandum, the Report is open. We are very happy. I wish to thank the Committee for what they did and have tabled the Report in the House. We look at this as a small Bill, which I would beseech my colleagues that we dispense it very fast so that we look at other serious Bills ahead of us."
