What is important to us as Members is that we need to be a little bit more serious by ensuring that we invest where our money, the money that belongs to Kenya, is utilised properly. That is why I support the fact that KIRDI should have a budget line that will ensure it can accommodate the young engineers lying in the streets of Kenya. They are the young men and women who have gone to school to study mechanical and electrical engineering, but do not have no jobs. Kenya is a gifted country. We have very talented young men, but you must ensure that those talents are nurtured so that the future can remember that the 12th House did something.
