Temporary Deputy Speaker, I was ready to move this Bill, but the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has pleaded that they are adopting the report tomorrow. Because of the importance of this Bill, he did ask that we give him a bit of time so that they formally present the report. In keeping with the decision of last week, I would rather we have the report before I move the Bill. So, I would like to ask that the Bill be stepped down."
