    "content": "AND THAT, the issues in respect of which this Petition is made are not pending before any court of law, or any constitutional or legal body. Therefore, your humble petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Lands: a) Urgently intervenes to secure comprehensive investigation of the matter by the Ministry of Lands in collaboration with the National Land Commission with a view to facilitating the reverting of the said parcel of land back to Changamwe Primary School, Changamwe Secondary School and Changamwe Girls Secondary School. b) Makes any other orders in the interest of the pupils and students of the three schools as it deems fit in the circumstances of the Petition."
