"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am a man of faith. I used the Quran when I was being sworn into this House. This Bill does not conform to the teachings of the Quran or the Bible. Procreation is allowed in the Bible. If you are unable to procreate, you are asked by the Bible and the Quran to pray until you give birth.
