For us to address the issue adequately, the Committee should summon the Cabinet Secretary and invite Hon. Oundo and any other interested Member to have a face-to-face engagement with the Cabinet Secretary because he seems to have rubbished the whole thing that he does not respond to. You are at cross purposes with the response that has been given, it seems. So, Hon. Kimilu and the Chairperson, that is the direction because we no one can speak for the author of that Statement."
