But we forwarded a list of 21 dispensaries from Kitui West, which is a very expansive constituency. Actually, it is one of the biggest in this country. I know Mr. Gabbow has touched on this but, what guarantee is he giving the people of Kitui West and this House that those dispensaries will have personnel in view of the expansive nature of the constituency?"
