    "content": "Insecurity is also another area that we should have actually focussed on as a country. As I am speaking today, in my county even last week, three people were killed and you do not see the reason why people are killing each other. We have security agencies in those areas and we have discussed these issues severally with the Government. People are fighting over pasture, destroying boreholes and nothing is happening. The situation is actually very serious in the northern part of Kenya. We must contain the situation because people’s lives are very important. We need to come up with strategies on how we can resolve the issue of inter county or inter clan conflicts in our counties."
