    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I saw a provision in Clause 18 that says that a person who has attained the age of 18 years and is not a beneficiary shall register as a member of the Fund. There is need for clarity on that issue. You may have attained the age of 18 and are not employed and so, you have no income. We need to understand, if and when you register as a member of the fund, what benefits accrue to you as a registered Member of the fund even if you are not contributing to the fund. There is need for clarity on Clause 18."
