    "content": "I have read the introductory note by the Chair of the Committee. It says that hey received 28 submissions written to the Committee, and that they were able to meet 35 key stakeholders. This is why we are in this House. As a House of Parliament, we respect the Constitution. It requires us to do everything, legislative or otherwise, by consulting members of the public. It is a constitutional responsibility under Article 10 of the Constitution and also in the Chapter on the Legislature."
