Let us stop discussing leaders who are not here to defend themselves when we do not have a substantive Motion to discuss their character. Sen. Murkomen, the Senator for Elgeyo-Marakwet always talks about the achievements of the Jubilee Government when it is relevant for them and then abuses the President when it is not relevant for them. Let us talk to the right thing. Let us not discuss the President unless you bring a substantive Motion to this House."
