    "content": "This is also about the contributions to be made in the long run. This is Section No.6 of the Act, which is Clause 12 of this amendment Bill. We need to have an oversight responsibility of Parliament in determining how much it will be. We do not want NHIF to just wake up and say that employers must contribute Kshs5,000 or Kshs10,000 or Kshs20,000. When they set a new amount, it should come to Parliament for approval because this is akin to taxing the people. It has a financial implication on the people of Kenya."
