    "content": "In his State of the Nation Address, the President said that this Bill is very important because it is going to help achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) for Kenyans. Unfortunately, I do not find it in the Bill. Those who have brought it to this House must ensure that what the President said in his Address is achieved here. My “big brother”, Sen. (Prof.) Ongeri, should listen to this so that their Committee at the Committee Stage can come and tell us what we are looking for."
