    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, to show you how the KPLC has become a rogue Government corporation, instead of forwarding an answer to the Minister, they did one and put it in the newspapers. If they have the money and time to place an answer in the newspapers, it shows they have total disregard of the Minister and this House. I do not wish to accept that this answer comes next week. This answer should come this afternoon. He can bring it as a Ministerial Statement because the facts are there. I wish to table the advert which was put in the media by KPLC."
