Determine the circumstances under which the Government Printer published in the Kenya Gazette notices in relation to the operations of the County Assembly that were signed by unauthorized persons. d. Conduct a financial audit of both arms of the County Government of Nyandarua, including the status of the office the County Secretary which is held in acting capacity by a person not employed by the County Government.
