    "content": "We support disarmament because we do not need illegal arms in the hands of people who do not deserve them. But disarming people alone is not a solution. He admits that they have Phases I, II and III, but these things must go together. The history of the security personnel or the manner in which the Office of the President acts on security issues is not good. Those people become idle immediately you take over guns from them. What will they be doing? There must be something else besides the long-term development interventions. We would want some quick and short-term interventions that will actually deter the young men from engaging in further illegal activities. What plans does the Assistant Minister have for this?"
