    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I really congratulate our country. This is something that we should be proud of, from the support that was provided to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the health sector and the counties. In the same way, there were amounts provided to get health workers. This was very good. I know that we were not all happy with lockdowns, but that was much needed. They helped balance things for us so that our health sector and systems would not collapse under the sheer volume and gravity of COVID-19."
