    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I do not wish to go over too many of these things. We definitely have a lot of good, which we must celebrate. In terms of our international obligations, those of us who had the opportunity have just come back from the Conference of the Parties (COP26) discussions on climate change. Our country is at the forefront. I congratulate the increase of nominal forest cover, but this country needs to do more. We also need to ratify a lot of these international obligations, because there are certain ones that are lagging behind that we are going to bring to the attention of this House."
