    "content": "I took that to mean that he was talking to the Ministry of Health to make sure there is no lockdown and that people should be allowed to move around freely. That is okay, but strategic plans must have been put in place by now. This is because we are very near the southern part of Africa. We have a lot of contacts through travelling and business with those Southern Africa countries. To ensure we are not listed among citizens who cannot travel to Europe and other places for business, I would have expected the President to address himself to that issue."
