    "content": "The second area of infrastructure that I want to touch on is the question of the Universal Health Care (UHC) delivery. We all know that one of the biggest expense for any Kenyan today is the medical bill. This has caused a lot of miseries and pain because hospital bills mount and exceed the reach of people. As leaders, we have taken part in many harambees and every day, we are involved in such harambees to meet medical expenses."
