    "content": "Following the long-listing of the applications, the Committee conducted a short- listing exercise. In shortlisting suitable candidates, the Committee gave due regard to the application criteria as set out in the advertisement as follows- (a) be a citizen of Kenya; (b) hold a degree from a university recognized in Kenya; (c) have at least five years‘ professional experience in a relevant field; and, (d) meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution."
