    "content": "Further, the Committee thanks the offices of the Speaker and Clerk of the Senate for the support extended to the Committee in execution of its mandate. We acknowledge and appreciate Members of the Committee for their patience, sacrifice and commitment to public service, which enabled the Committee to complete the assigned task within the stipulated time. I also wish to thank the Secretariat of the Committee on Finance and Budget who have always been committed in terms of their performance, advice and legal know-how that always supports this Committee in terms of the report and its functions.
