    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 10 of the Bill be amended- (a) by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub clause (2)— (3A) The members of the County Benefit Sharing Committee elected under subsection (2) (d) shall serve for one single term of five years. (b) In Sub clause (4) by deleting the expression ―(2) (c)‖ appearing immediately after the words ―elected under subsection‖ and substituting therefor the expression ―(2) (d)‖. (c)"
