    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 7A by – (a) deleting the words ―or the county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―the Commissioner‖ in subsection (1); (b) inserting the following new sub clause immediately after subsection (1) – (1A) A director may make a recommendation to the Commissioner for the suspension or cancellation of registration of a primary society where the society meets the conditions for suspension or cancellation of registration under subsection (1). (c) deleting the words ―or the county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―society the Commissioner‖ in the introductory clause in subsection (2); (d) deleting the introductory clause in subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following new introductory clause- (2) Where the Commissioner makes an order for the suspension or cancellation of registration of a co-operative society, the Commissioner shall specify- (e) deleting the words ―or the county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―the Commissioner‖ in subsection (4)."
