    "content": "Section 11 of the principal Act is amended – (a) by deleting subsection (1) and substituting therefor the following new subsection - (1) A certificate of registration or provisional registration signed by the Commissioner or pre-registration signed by the director shall be conclusive evidence that the society is duly registered, provisionally registered or pre- registered."
