    "content": "THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―society or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; and (c) in paragraph (c) by deleting the proposed new subsection (10) and substituting therefor the following new subsection - (10) The Commissioner or the director, as the case may be, or a person nominated by the Commissioner or the director, may preside at any meeting convened under subsection (8)."
