    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ in subparagraph (ii) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (b) in paragraph (c) by- (i) deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―Commissioner or the‖ in the proposed new subsection (8A) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (ii) deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―Commissioner or the‖ in the introductory clause of the proposed new subsection (8C) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖;"
