"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) According to the records which are available to our Consulate General in Juba, the number of Kenyans who have been killed in Southern Sudan since the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) between January, 2005 and 2010 has been nine. Most of them have died through shooting by unknown gunmen while others have been shot by soldiers of the Sudan Peopleâs Liberation Movement (SPLM) or the national security intelligence system in the Southern Sudan. A summarized chart and other specific details of the circumstances of the deaths shall be presented to the House. It is noted that the chart contains only the deaths which occurred between 2008 and 2009."
