    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 23 of the Bill be amended in the proposed new section 51- (a) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―register with the‖ in subsection (2) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖ ; and (b) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―Commissioner or the‖ in subsection (3) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖."
