    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (b) in paragraph (c) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; and (c) in paragraph (d) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖."
