    "content": "(i) by deleting the proposed new subsection (1) and substituting therefor the following new subsection. (1) The liquidator shall exercise his powers subject to the guidance and control of the Commissioner or the director, as the case may be, and to any limitations imposed by the Commissioner or the Director. (ii) in the proposed new subsection (1A) by- (A) deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―Commissioner or the‖ in the introductory clause and substituting therefor the word ―Director‖; (B) deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―Commissioner or the‖ in paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the word ―Director‖;"
