    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I move- THAT Clause 43 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (b) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph- (b) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting therefor the following new subsection – (2) The Commissioner or the director may, upon inquiry under subsection (1), make an order requiring the person – (a) to repay the money or restore the property or any part thereof to the co- operative society together with interest as the Commissioner or the director may determine; or (b) to contribute such sum to the assets of the cooperative society by way of compensation as the Commissioner or the director shall consider just."
