    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 59 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (b)- (i) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ in subparagraph (ii) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (ii) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ in subparagraph (iii) and substituting therefor the word ―director‖; (b) in paragraph (c) by deleting the words ―county executive committee member‖ appearing immediately after the words ―words or the‖ and substituting therefor the word ―director‖."
