    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the interventions that the Government of Southern Sudan has come up with to solve the problem is the fact that it has agreed to talk to the regional commanders who run the Government security network in that country. They have promised that they will provide security for all the goods that enter Sudan through Lokichoggio on the Kenyan side. They have also said that they have contacted the regional governors and district heads within the Government of Southern Sudan who will liaise with them any time Kenyans are travelling within their region. They have promised to provide the necessary security arrangements."
