    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the number of incidents in which Kenyans abroad are mistreated is increasing day by day whether in Sudan, Southern Sudan or Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia where young Kenyan girls are molested and thrown of storey buildings. This is a reflection of lack of policy on the part of the Ministry. What coherent policy does the Ministry have to respond to such cases as other countries do, for example, Israel and Libya do whenever their nationals are attacked or mistreated in other countries? What specific policy guidelines do you have at the Ministry to respond to such issues?"
