Kenyans have frequently been advised that anytime they leave Kenya for countries in the Middle East and Southern Sudan, they need to get in touch with the respective ambassadors or the consular general in that region. The problem we have had as a Government is that once many Kenyans are advised not to travel without informing the necessary authorities, they still leave the country and get involved in activities, as you have read in the Press, which cause harm to them."
