    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not think the acquisition of birth certificates is going to cost the Government any money, apart from the clerks who will be overseeing the registration exercise. Those are Government employees. Parents are supposed to pay the registration fees to the Government as they register their children for examinations. However, we will know the numbers of candidates after the conclusion of the registration exercise by 31st March, 2010."
