    "content": " Thank you Hon. Speaker. I must say that the answer is not just adequate, but it is also not correct. In 2011, I was personally in negotiations with the then Vice-President, Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka and his Personal Secretary (PS) and we came to an agreement. There is a letter they wrote to me confirming what I have asked. I would like to ask for time so that I can look for that letter. If assuming that there was no such letter, this answer does not address parts (ii) and (iii) of my request. I would say that the statement is, in my view, contemptuous of the question."
