"content": "So, we have done it? If everything is normal, then why did they arrest them? Those are the questions we need to ask, and I keep asking: What happened to the money? Has it gone into the Consolidated Fund or has somebody benefited? Why has the Government been so quiet on this issue over the last six months? It has been very quiet. You will not find any country taking in 18,000 people at once unless it is the United States of America, which takes thousands of people. Taking in 18,000 people in Kenya from one country is questionable as to what happened. However, God knows. I hope we have been able to observe the COVID-19 restrictions and we have had no real spike. So, God has been with us. It has damaged our reputation with other countries like Pakistan. We are getting a very bad reputation in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. We are seeing the Immigration Department and other agencies bringing in people without following the protocols. That is my only response. I think this is a whitewash, but if they are saying that all protocols were observed, and that these people were in Kenya legally as they came in like all other tourists, that is not possible.
