Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 4 by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (e): (f) the Auditor General shall, within one year of the coming into operation of this Act, submit to the National Assembly a terminating audit report of the Fund. The reason for this amendment is to ensure that the Auditor General submits audited reports on the Fund to the National Assembly within a year of audit."
