    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. At the outset, this is a great day for this country. We really thank the Chairman and the entire Committee for a job well done. I support the amendment. The net effect of the amendment is to ensure there is continuity. Secondly, it is important that we appreciate professionalism. Engineers are best suited to deal with this particular issue. On the issue of what my colleague Hon. Kisang raised, I think lawyers are always satisfied. In the law profession, the President of the Law Society of Kenya is a lawyer. Therefore, it is not that they want to be everywhere. Let professionalism be appreciated in this country. This is a worthy amendment. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support."
