"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I just want to draw your attention to the fact that Clause 9 makes references to the allocations for 2021/2022, which we have already deleted. So, it is overtaken by events and it should not even exist. Reference to 2021/2022 was already deleted, anyway. So, we have two choices; we can just negate it and it will die rather than just deleting it administratively. Just for the purposes that this is something that is overtaken by events and voting for it is otiose, we must as well negate and get it off the Bill."
