"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not have the names of the companies that imported milk powder. But I can confirm that our investigations indicated that substantial amounts came in. They were not declared as milk powder and so, even if you go to the KRA records, you will not necessary see a product called âmilk powderâ. That is how the smuggling happened in Kenya. But I can confirm there is only one single producer of milk powder in Kenya called New KCC. Once the market stops buying that product, it means that they are buying it from elsewhere."
