(c) deleting paragraphs (d) and substituting thereof the following new paragraph─ “(d) Three members appointed by the Cabinet Secretary from each category of the following institutions─ i. public universities; ii. the Kenya Association of Manufacturers; and iii. the Consumer Federation of Kenya.
