The Mwongozo code was actually tabled in this House by my predecessor and became part of the records of this House. Hence, the continuous reference to the Mwongozo code is because it was tabled and accepted as a document of the House. That is why we keep referring to it. I have heard what you have said and at some point in future we need to codify it within law and give it a reference. It was actually tabled in this House and became a part of the documentation of this House."
