    "content": " We had said that for separation of powers, the CEO should be appointed by the Board. Now, we are giving three names to the Cabinet Secretary to select and appoint one person. This is negating what we have earlier said and from Mwongozo . It is either that the Board gazettes and gives a letter or then let the Cabinet Secretary recruit. I oppose this amendment. It is wrong."
