Once that is done, it is the responsibility of the Executive to implement. It leaves this House. If it is not implemented, the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives can summon the Cabinet Secretary to ask why certain sections have not been implemented. Our role as a House is to legislate."
