    "content": "THAT, that the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 39 of 2021), be now Read a Second Time. Before I even move, I want to thank the Members who have endured the Dilatory Motion that has been brought before this House for the last two hours. I ask them to endure the balance of time so that we can achieve what we came here to achieve. As you will notice, all the Members who came taking advantage of the Standing Orders and spending all the time have since disappeared. Basically, they were filibustering to ensure that we do not start on this Motion."
