    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. At the outset, I want to support this Bill and say in 1998, I happened to be a victim of the bomb blast at Cooperative Building. Luckily enough, God saved me and I am still alive. I just want to echo my old folks who have said vindu vichenjanga meaning things change. I also want to go to the Bible and say the Bible talks about the 40 days. When the forty days come, it must change. Therefore, I want to suggest that 40 days have come. Let things change and let us all agree that we include all the professions, including the advocates, so that we can save the country from acts of terrorism and money laundering. With those few remarks, I wish to support this amendment."
